I found this recipe after someone referenced it in their menu plan. I haven’t tried making it, but maybe later this week. Right now I’m saving it for posterity.
2 lbs of lean round beef

2 tsp yellow mustard

This recipe was created in a vicious hurry; guests were on their way and we hadn’t even planned the menu yet. Fitting flavors together on the fly, this is what we came up with. Surprisingly enough, everyone loved it.
