Day 6

Food:

- 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1 slice of cheese, small slice of butter, small onion, 1 fresh sausage
- 3 slices of chuck roast, 1 small onion
- smoked ribs, smoked sausage
- last handful of blueberries
- cauliflower breadsticks

Exercise:

- debilitating headaches

I woke up this morning to find myself down three pounds, all the way to 267. There are 19 pounds left until I am down to my old weight. I hope I can make it by my birthday.

I had cravings today. Sigh.
