Day 4

Food:

- 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1 small onion, 1 hot sausage, small slice of butter, crumbled feta
- 1 large cup of coffee, half-and-half
- 5 slices of bacon, 14 breakfast sausages, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of egg whites, crumbled feta
- 1 large cup of coffee, half-and-half
- 5 slices of bacon, 10 breakfast sausages
- 2 slices of bacon, 6 breakfast sausages

I don’t think I’ll be buying breakfast sausages again. They always were my weakness. To all reading: this isn’t how Atkins should be done.

Today has been slow. I was tired and lethargic from the start, but then I rubbed Calamine lotion all over my legs because of bug bites. Now I can’t feel them much and I just want to take a nap. Can’t bring self to do… anything. Except maybe nap.

Thank baby Jesús that I have a metabolism that can handle a day like today.
