Day 3

Food:

- 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1 small onion, 1 hot sausage, 1 thin slice of butter, 1 slice of cheese
- 2 large cups of coffee, half-and-half
- 3 korean cut ribs, 1 crown of broccoli, 2 slices of cheese, cooking sherry
- 1 large cup of coffee, half-and-half
- 2 hot sausages (400 kcal)
- 2 hot sausages (400 kcal)

Exercise:

- running and pushups on the trail (45 minutes)

I think I pulled a muslce near my delicate man bits while running today. I don’t know what it is exactly, but it might be an abductor. That’s just great, because my right big toe joint has been sore too. I don’t know what’s causing it all, but I might get a pair of houseshoes. Walking barefoot on hardwood and marble all day is bad for the body.
