Day 2

Food

- 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1 sausage, 1 small onion, 1 slice of cheese, small slice of butter
- 1 large mug of coffee, 2 tbsp of half and half (40 kcal)
- 1 large zucchini, 2 hot sausages, splash of olive oil
- 2 hot sausages

- korean cut ribs, 1 crown of broccoli, cooking sherry, 1 slice of pepper jack
- 2 hot sausages

Exercise

- recumbent exercise bike (38 mins)

I think I need to take it easy on the hot sausages… I got them yesterday, and they seem to be the perfect quick snack, but I feel my esophagus might burn out soon. That and I don’t need more nitrated meats.

I must have really trained my heart for cardio in the past few years, because when I first started using the recumbent bike, I’d get my heart up to 170-180 pretty easily. Now I struggle to keep it above 130.

I feel pretty worn out today, so I think I’ll turn in early.
