Day 1

Food:

- 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of egg whites, 2 tbsp of salsa, 1 slice of cheese (320 kcal)
- 2 sausages (400 kcal)
- venti iced coffee, ~2 tbsp half and half (60 kcal)
- 2 sausages (400 kcal)
- 5 slices of cauliflower pizza (?)

Exercise

- recumbent exercise bike (33 mins)

Surprisingly, after a vacation where we ended up eating off plan, I still seem to have lost two pounds. The curse of having a twenty-year-old’s metabolism, I guess.

I overate the cauliflower pizza too, but at least it was pretty much on plan. I won’t make it again for a while. I’m also determined to give up the splenda I normally use in my coffee. Not quite ready to give up half-and-half, though.

I really can’t wait until I get home so I can go to the gym again. I have some free weights here, but they’re not a complete set. Even so, I had better do weights tomorrow.
